Sig P320 Sizes - Since I was only interested in guns for a short period of time, I didn't put much effort into finding the next gun I wanted to buy. But every time something new that works makes me sit up, take notice, and think about rethinking my parking system. The Sig P320 is one of these and I have been waiting with great anticipation to get my hands on a full size model to try.
I recently shot a P320 Carry model chambered in 9mm, a compact film with a large capacity. While interpreting presents some serious challenges to my established habits, I am finding the experience empowering. For some new features the new Sig Sauer pistol offers. Here are my thoughts on the Sig P320 Mu model after a hundred rounds this month.
Sig P320 Sizes
The P320 Carry and Compact models are concealed carry pistols. The short length of the slide means they work for a standard IWB carry slot: 3-5 o'clock, or an extra slot. Unlike most of the Sig Sauer pistol line, the P320 is a killer. In keeping with the best practice of carrying a firearm, there is no external protection or other external controls.

Another factor to consider for the P320 Compact or Move is its modular chassis system. The serial unit is not a subframe, but the chassis that mounts inside the non-serial frame. This means you can change the frames to fit your hand size (sm, md, lg)—that is, go from full-size to subcompact—and change from 9mm to Sig .357 to .40 to .45ACP without conversion from the finished one. sequential shooting to another. I think this is an amazing system for today's weapons.
For the purpose of this review I shot the 9mm Carry model, a compact film with a large capacity. All are identical to the compact model (only 2/10 difference in height). The Carry model, however, has 2 more rounds in the magazine compared to the compact model.
The first thing I noticed was that although the P320 is an assault rifle, it is configured like a rifle, with a stock and a high position. With this configuration, I'm concerned that the lip balm will introduce instability when shooting. I find that even though it has a larger muzzle slide than a Glock 19 of similar size, and its smaller base, the P320 isn't bad.
The main difference here from what I'm used to shooting is that the grip angle on the P320 is more vertical than that on the Glock. A typical Sig grip angle, similar to a 1911. This meant that my target was well drilled with the muzzle pointing down in the correct position, and I took a few shots to remember to adjust it. where the views come in. proper alignment. In my practice, though, shooting the P320 was a great experience, especially because of the better trigger.

The P320 is very manageable. The fat is low because the sides are less rounded than most holders. Even with the grip, my middle hand had no problem getting a good position on the trigger. I found it very interesting. Yes, if you don't like the size of the handle, you can exchange the frame for a larger or smaller one, for a small price.
There is a little more muzzle slide than I've found on most assault rifles, but by resting the thumb of my support hand forward on the trigger pull I found it easier to control. in reduction. I've had no problems shooting strings of multiple guns at high speeds and at multiple targets, so there are no handling issues with this gun. With 17-round magazines for the portable model and 15-round for compactness, the capacity is about what I expected. It's interesting to note that the portable model grip is only 2/10 as long as the compact model, but holds 2 more rounds in the mag.
The trigger on the P320 is the best I have ever seen on a polymer, assault rifle. If I could put this look and feel into my guns, I would be thrilled. I think some people like to feel safe when they come out of a shoe, it's a better marriage with your foot.
The frame of the Sig P320 looks awesome. Thanks to the modular chassis, you can change the frames for the size of the grip, the color, the size of the model, and even the chamber without changing (sorting) the gun. The boards are available for $46 in three colors: black, black board, and OD green; and they come in small, medium and large sizes to fit your hand. For a hobbyist like me this is amazing and exciting. There's more to play! I found the shell texture to be soft, so like other polymer bullets it won't work if your hands get sweaty or bloody. Cheese is needed.

The sights are steel, 3-dot night sights and the rear sight has a good front sight for easy acquisition in a one-handed film rack. I've found it easy to get eyeballs while shooting and switching to different targets.
The magazines are made of metal, with a polymer base plate, and are very well made. It just falls and goes out. They cost between P320 and P250 per barrel and size. Unlike some iron machines, these don't just pull on your thumb when you're putting them in. The controls on the outside of the gun look good to me, and the magazine can be loaded. The slide has front and rear sights and interesting features and a picatinny rail of the frame that can be a flashlight or laser. I like that the bottom of the handle is cut out for better purchase on the magazine base plate; it is useful for bad actions and keeps the mag.
Although this is a shooting review, and I have not fired the gun, the P320 is easy and safe to release. The removable hinge allows it to be disassembled without tools or manipulation, making it even safer for the unsuspecting. Internal features include anti-collision protection and disconnect protection.
The P320 frame can be changed for color or fit, from compact to full-size and different sizes. The trigger is good for polymer, assault rifles. The parts that are right out of the box and the things that are right and the things that need to be good go here. He took two magazines and a gun. For me, it's the only gun I've found to get me through my daily routine.

As a carry gun, the P320 weighs less than you'd expect. In comparison, while the Glock is 1.18" wide the P320 is wider at 1.4", which may affect how you choose to carry it. The hammer shape of this assault rifle gives it a high profile, adding to the feel of the recoil and muzzle flip. Using the takedown reel as a thumb rest for motion control tasks, but probably not the best when you're shooting hundreds of rounds at once (my aforementioned thumb is very sharp) .
With multi-sized and comfortable boards, the only knock on the ergonomics is the high position and the different (for me) grip angle. This angle of capture is familiar to most people.
There is nothing to complain about its accuracy. I found I had to use the 6 o'clock stop for a 25 yard shot.
The P320 Portable doesn't hide like the compact model, thanks to the slightly longer handle. Also, at 1.4” in diameter the P320 is not the most portable gun you will find.
Adaptive Striker Fired Greatness: The Sig P320 Pistol
There is a strong accumulation of information here, and it may one day sway me from my desire for Glocks as a handgun. The chassis system is great and I wonder if other manufacturers try it.
If you're an assault enthusiast, the Sig P320 is a gun you need to check out and review... for all its great qualities. Take this gun and test it out (I see that the Eagle Gun Range and Carry model are in their full size case). I bet you will be surprised on many levels.
